I started taking it a couple of weeks ago, I feel great, I have energy and I exercise daily. My mind is clear. I am focused. I sleep well, I think I will order this product again.

I just started taking Lion's Mane, so it's a bit early to see a difference in cognition. However, I know Genex products are of excellent quality and expect to see a difference soon. The only side affect is it keeps me, ahem, regular (without cramps). That is generally a big plus for many women such as myself.

It might be a coincidence, but I had an extremely positive result after a few days. I just had major neck/spine surgery a month ago. The nerve damage to good nerves is extensive, and I was told those would never recover; that happens from cutting through the shoulder blade muscles and such. My skin had no feeling; if it did, it was a plastic feeling. I took the tablets, and a few days later, I had real feeling in the back area where I had none for a month. I know that is too fast for nerve recovery.

So. I am still taking it, and the area still has more feeling than it did. Not that incredible feeling it had after two days but still better. I do worry I will have an allergic creation to this. I have had gout, and I do suffer extreme allergy reactions. But Lions Mane is known to have very few negatives. So I will keep using it until it isn't needed or I have a creation to it.

I have also noticed clarity along with taking these. It spiked two days after I started taking pills like the back nerves and is still there but not as strong. Possibly I am used to it, and the fog of surgery and pain meds is still having adverse effects on me.

I will update this if I notice anything else.

I did like how this product contained all parts of the fungi. ~Not just the fruit or ground items. It is a well-rounded product. I hope it continues to work.

This works great and there are no fillers. I have bought these twice now and will continue to stay stocked!
